Who Can I Help?

Relationships counselling is for all partnerships, regardless of background, ethnicity, gender identity, or belief system. It provides a safe and inclusive space where individuals in any kind of relationship—romantic (monogamous/polyamorous/open/etc),  familial, friendship-based, business partnership or otherwise—can address their unique challenges and goals. Everyone deserves the opportunity to nurture healthier, more fulfilling connections, no matter their circumstances or experiences.

Relationships can bring immense joy, but they can also face challenges that test connection, trust, and communication. Whether you're navigating conflicts, coping with changes, or seeking to strengthen your bond, relationship counselling provides a safe, supportive space to explore and address these issues together. It’s about fostering understanding, rebuilding trust, and finding new ways to connect and thrive as partners.

How do we begin?

1. Free 15-min Phonecall

Your free 15-minute introductory call, easily scheduled via email, allows us to get acquainted and discuss your needs. This will be offered to each partner individually. You can then choose to book a first session or get in touch when you're ready.

I will send all partners a client information form to complete and a counselling agreement to read and sign before our initial session. That first session provides an opportunity to determine if we're a good fit for each other. It also allows you to share your background, ask questions, and set the stage for our therapeutic journey together.

3. Onward Regular Therapy

We will then have regular therapy sessions. We will regularly review therapy progress, empowering us to work collaboratively towards achieving the goals we've established together.
